HBC honors Network International with HBC Gold Project Award
Dubai, UAE, April 2022 - Another cycle of International Awards issued by the Harvard Business Council (NY, USA) ended on April 15, 2022. The event recorded the most significant number of applications received so far, with participation expected to continue to grow.
The Dubai-headquartered payment products and service provider has been operating for the past 25 years.
The project presented by Network International for which they were awarded the Gold level involved Operations Automation. It was carried out to transform how business operations are executed and create seamless integrations with customers/clients using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning.
The goal is to increase operational efficiency, improve customer experience by faster processing of service requests, and reduce operating costs, leading to cost savings and customer happiness.
The Harvard Business Council rewards those who demonstrate outstanding leadership, innovation, and excellence and Network International fits into this description.
