Harvard Business Council honors Dr. Eng. Basma El Zein for her contributions to leading renewable energy engineering solutions in the latest HCB International Awards Cycle

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, April 2022 - Harvard Business Council 2022 International Awards' cycle successfully concluded on April 15th. Numerous individuals and organizations that fully represent the excellence and progress of our times attended the event.

Only three Special Recognition Medals were granted, one of which to Dr. Eng. Basma El Zein. She is an inventor, research scientist, and nanoscientist for energy conversion and energy storage, currently Director-General of UBT techno-valley at the University of Business & Technology in Jeddah.

Dr. Eng. Basma El Zein has an enviable career and track record that show how dedication, passion, and talent can make a difference. During the course of her life, she has obtained awards and recognitions from various organizations in different countries around the world in the scientific and engineering fields.

Harvard Business Council has declared itself honored to have such a presence as Dr. Eng. Basma El Zein is among its candidates, so much so that it surprisingly offered her one of the very few Special Recognition Medals awarded this year.

The honor is given to Dr. Eng. Basma El Zein by HBC wants to be a positive message for everyone, but especially for women and young girls taking their first steps in the academic world, as a reminder that commitment and resilience always pay off, but it takes courage and determination to achieve great results.
