2021 Professional Award: Mohsin Hani Al-Bahrani
Mohsin Hani Al-Bahrani, is the CEO of the automotive, construction equipment and renewable energy (ACERE) cluster of Mohsin Haider Darwish Group. MHD ACERE is the sole distributor of Jaguar, Land Rover, McLaren and Volvo, MG Motor, Ashok Leyland, Ford Trucks, CMC, Michelin, ABB, BF Good Rich, Riken, Weir Trio, Terex Finlay, XCMG, Mitsubishi, Opus and Drager cranes in Oman.
Al-Bahraini has successfully brought in brands such as McLaren Automotive, ABB EV Chargers, Varta Batteries into Oman, while gaining the trust of the market and enhancing the growth of MHD ACERE’s business during the pandemic. He has expanded MHD ACERE’s network, setting up seven new sales facilities across Oman, while growing the aftersales network from three facilities in 2019 to 12 in 2021, creating jobs for the local population, leading by example and setting new standards among business organisations and inspiring the country’s youth.
